    • Not surprisingly, MI6 chief Alex Younger admitted that he prefers John LeCarre’s George Smiley to James Bond, when it comes to fictional spies. Said Younger, “I’ll take the quiet courage and integrity of George Smiley over the brash antics of 007, any day.” Well, everyone’s entitled to his or her opinion.

  • Swedish actor Peter Stormare has revealed that he once turned down a role in a Bond film. His reasoning suggests that like Alex Younger, he isn’t a big fan of the 007 film series.
  • Daniel Craig made waves when spotted at a Cambridge restaurant.
