Daniel Craig turns 50: here are his 50 best Bond moments

Happy birthday, Daniel Craig! In celebration of Mr. Bond’s (er, Mr. Craig’s) fifty years, let’s take a look at his 50 most memorable Bond moments, one by one, film by film.
Casino Royale
1. In the pre-title sequence, the assassination of Dreyfuss is punctuated with the line, “Yes, considerably.”
2. Chasing Mollaka, through a construction site. At one point, as Mollaka leaps through a window, Bond merely crashes through a wall.
3. Upon arriving at the Ocean Club, Bond is mistaken for a valet; he takes the opportunity to crash the man’s Land Rover, setting off an alarm, giving Bond easy access to the CC TV room.
4. Bond emerges from a swim along the beach, in shirt, tight blue swim trunks.
5. In a poker game against Dimitrios, Bond wins an Aston Martin DB5 with triple (“trip”) aces.
6. Bond seduces Dimitrios’ mistress, Solange, and then proceeds to order a bottle of champagne and caviar “for one.”
7. At a Body Works exhibit, Bond kills Dimitrios and gives him a nice pat on the cheek.
8. On the train to Montenegro, Bond matches wits with Vesper Lynd.
9. Bond fights off a henchman with a sword a stairwell.
10. Following the staircase fight, Bond comforts Vesper in the shower.
11. During the poker game, Bond orders (creates) a Vesper that others at the table also want to try, much to LeChiffre’s dismay.
12. Bond survives a poisoning.
13. Bond defeats LeChiffre with a straight flush.
14. After being taken to a secret location, Bond is tortured in ways best left to the imagination.
15. When Vesper Lynd commits suicide, Bond tries valiantly to save her and weeps when unsuccessful.
16. After shooting Mr. White, Bond says, “The name’s Bind. James Bond.”
Quantum of Solace
17. After capturing Mr. White, Bond is chased by car by would-be assassins, along Lake Garda.
18. Bond chases and then kills Mitchell
19. In Haiti, Bond fights Slate and kills him quickly with a pair or scissors.
20. In an attempt to intercept Camile, from Geberal Medrano, Bond performance a motorcycle jump from the docks to a boat.
21. The boat chase in Port-au-Prince: afterward, of Camille, Bond says, “She’s seasick.”
22. At the opera house in Bergenz, Bond steals a “gift bag,” leaves his victim in the washroom, and breaks off the room’s handle.
23. Bond seduces Fields by asking if she can help him find the stationery.
24. While flying with Camille, Bond must elude fighter jets and then parachutes out of the plane with her,
25. Bond escapes other MI6 agents in a hotel elevator and then…
26. Bond and Camille escape a burning desert hotel by blowing a hole in the wall.
27. As Dominic Greene attempts to escape, Bond encounters him in the middle of the desert gives him a can of motor oil to drink.
Skyfall
28. Bond fights Patrice on top of a train.
29. In a bar on a Turkish beach, Bond drinks a shot, with a scorpion on his wrist.
30. Bond breaks into M’s house and says, upon being asked where he’s been, “Cheating death.”
31. Bond meets Q in the national gallery and isn’t thrilled with the issuance of a gun and a radio. “Not exactly Christmas, is it.”
32. Bond fights Patrice again, this time in a Shanghai high-rise.
33. In a Macau hotel room, Moneypenny gives Bond a “close shave.”
34. At a casino, Bond meets Severine and then fights one of her “bodyguards” in a komodo dragon pit.
35. On a deserted island, Bond meets Silva. When Silva playfully rubs his thighs and says, “There’s a first time for everything,” Bond replies, “Who said it was my first time?”
36. Acting quickly, Bond shoots and kills Silva’s henchmen, after Severine is killed by Silva.
37. Bond shoots a fire extinguisher to create fog in the hearing room and shield M from Silva.
38. Bond reveals his DB5, in helping M escape London.
39. Bond falls in a frozen lake and kills one of Silva’s henchmen.
40. Bond kills Silva by throwing a knife in his back, then weeps as M does in his arms.
41. Following the death of M, Bond looks out over British prliament and the rest of London, from the roof of MI6’s new headquarters.
Spectre
42. In the pre-title sequence, Bond fights Marco Sciarra in a helicopter.
43. At Marco’s funeral, Bond gives a little wave and bob of the head to Lucia Sciarra’s bodyguards.
44. Bond seduces Lucia and introduces himself as “Bond. James…Bond.”
45. Bond sneaks into Spectre’s meeting in Rome and encounters Oberhauser (Blofeld).
46. Bond encounters Mr. White.
47. After Hinx and his men abduct Madeleine, Bond saves her, chasing after their caravan in a plane.
48. Bond fights Hinx on a Moroccan train.
49. After escaping with Madeliene, Bond blows up Spectre’s headquarters, by shooting a gas pipeline.
50. Bond saves Madeleine from the soon-to-be-imploded former MI6 headquarters.
